I officially label 130808 as "rude day". Customers were rude to me and people from other outlet were rude too. Totally pissed off.

This particular customer came up straight and asked for a discount. Its okay if customers ask me in a nice tone, i might consider and give them some benefits BUT THIS PARTICULAR CUSTOMER THINKS SHE'S LIKE THE QUEEN AND DEMANDS FOR A DISCOUNT OKAY EVEN AFTER SHE HAS LIKE A FREAKING $10 VOUCHER. my goodness I felt like telling her if you find it expensive and cannot afford it, then don't patronize my outlet thanks. Other outlets can give you discounts for all i care, i do not appreciate a customer like you. You do not threaten me and say you will not patronize my outlet anymore.For you information I do not care a single bit if you do not patronize my outlet. Did your parents even teach you about manners ? To make things worst, i insisted on not giving the discount and Captain Ah boy had to step in and offered a discount, tried to be friendly..saying let's be friends and all. OH MY GOODNESS..I ALMOST SMACKED HIM IN THE FACE CAN !Like hello.. $26.50 per person with two standard drinks for the whole night is considered expensive? you actually give her a discount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other time when it was $36 per person and i gave MY REGULAR customer a discount, you were not too happy about it and now you give this super RUDE customer a discount when its only $26.50 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know the consequences !!! She's already so bossy saying, why all the other outlets can give her discount and we can't and you give in to her. She's going to push it man. Hate such customers. I enjoy working with captain ah boy but sometimes i really don't understand his logic.

And the staff from this particular staff came down to my outlet too and THEY ARE ALSO SUPER RUDE CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello nobody told you that when you go down to another outlet, you are supposed to be courteous??????????? Do you think you own my outlet??? *GROWLS.

  I was this close to believing that Ben doesn't dote on me anymore. He keeps walking around with that stupid silly look on his face and doesn't accompany me at the reception ever since his office was ready. And then he comes and asks me silly questions like " How are you coping with school ?:)" and i know ever though he's busy, he still remembers the lil things that goes on in my life. LOVE !

  Just came home from the staff party and 334 was there too. He just got promoted and i was truly shocked when i found out about it. Its really strange that we used to talk but now i actually have to find out about your promotion through other people. When i was struggling so hard with my job last year, you were always around just to make it better. Now that i'm used to the job but you are never around.

I miss talking to you.
I miss the random phonecalls you will make.
I miss the pranks you will play on me.
I miss complaining to you.
I really miss having you in my life.


I remember all the lil things you used to tell me. The fact that you didn't like it in c4/c8 but now it seems everything has changed. The you i used to know belong to the past. I can't seem to get through to you. Do you still remember me? Are you still the same?

  Ben came back from area meeting yesterday and i didn't dare to look at him. I received news that the upper management were going to do a major shift to all the outlet in charge. I was really afraid that Ben was going to tell me that he was going to have to go. Ben didn't say much when he came back, he was busy with his own stuff and i kept looking at him as he walked pass my reception counter, hoping he would say something to make the tension go away. He didn't.

He chose to break the news to me after an hour. He's leaving for Kallang Leisure Park.

The moment he broke the news to me, so many thoughts were running through my head. How could he leave us here, how could he leave me here.. He was the one who asked me to come back and now he's the one who's leaving instead !

I know for sure that the new outlet in charge wouldn't complain about my smelly feet, like how Ben does.

I know for sure that the new outlet in charge wouldn't pinch me, like how Ben does.

and stupid Ben had to come up to me and say all the emotional stuff and he had to sing that stupid "goodbye" song in front of me..and so i cried.



















but i was wrong in the end. The "new" outlet in charge is everything like Ben =) The "new" outlet in charge for Downtown east is Super Benjamin Teng.
