Okay been really busy with interviews and tutoring. (-_-").. i miss waking up in the afternoons. i actually get headache if i wake up too early and it will last for 2 days *HORRORS yes but that's my life. An innate bummer =)
So i've been going down to tutor a kid from mainland and i must say..he's brillant. You know, if its not for the fact that he's slightly weaker in English, he would definitely be able to handle the secondary syllabus. His mental calculation actually beat my calculator. PERIOD. isn't that scary? When he doesn't know how to do a question, most of the time its because he doesn't understand the requirement of the question. Once i explained it to him, he can write down the answer almost IMMEDIATELY. No kidding, he's the brillant. After tutoring him over the weekends, i'm pretty determined to help him to brush up on his English. I can feel that his mum really wants him to get into a secondary school and she's paying me good money to tutor him. She even wants me to go down daily until he enters a secondary school. I'm pretty impressed by her love for the kid. I think its not easy for her and her kid to settle in Singapore like that. For a moment, i thought the kid doesn't have any entertainment at all cause i didn't see any television, toys or whatsoever in the apartment. I was like so sad for him but totally i realised that there was a televison in the room. feel kinda cheated but hahas. Tomorrow i'll be going down again and i have a new student at night. I hope he's nice. *Weak smile.
Lord Jesus, i thank you for guiding me through this week and may you help me through all temptation. Lord, i love you. May i learn how to continue to wait upon you. =) ¶ 9:19 PM
