The prof who is teaching Hc 212 ( Chinese Folk Literature ) is super cute la !!!!! She kept asking us today if we heard of the folk tunes that she was teaching us. She was so convinced that we heard them before and kept asking after every tune.. For your information, these tunes date all the way back to like tang and song dynasty can !!!!!!!!!!!
Hahahs and so she received silence after asking the same question over and over again for the umpteen times..She finally got a hint THAT WE REALLY DO NOT KNOW HOW THE TUNES SOUND LIKE AND THEY ARE NOT THE LEAST FAMILIAR TO US
and she asked very sadly: " Which year are you guys from??? are you sure the tunes are not familiar. I thought you guys would have heard these tunes before, they are not that old right?"
I tell you ..i was super amused can..hahahahahahs. They are not that old, just ancient.
