Surprise is up and going again : ) I finally called Dell and the technician managed to fix surprise just by giving me verbal instructions. I am very very impressed. Then kops helped me to fine tune the whole system till about 1 am. I am very touched. Surprises says thank you kops. So now i am happily typing away on surprise. *BEAMS
